The room is over all very gorgeous but I do have a few things that should be addressed. The bathroom shower had a crack in the basin, and it’s not a very big deal but for the money, it’s just kind of an eye sore. Next, while the bed was superrr comfortable, but that thing was creaky and unstable. We couldn’t really “move around” without noise. Maintenance should definitely just reinforce. Lastly, there is no noise insulation between the restaurant downstairs and the 2nd floor corner rooms. You can hear everything. I’m sure that goes both ways. Also, last note, for the price, there should at least be a larger/newer tv that can stream. Having to pay an extra $25 dollars for a movie just kinda seems excessive. Especially because it’s a nice boutique hotel. All in all, it was a great room, it was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Just a few little things that stuck out to us.

We were assigned a corner room (301) on the third floor....Spacious room with lots of windows to let the light in....with a kuerig, fridge and microwave....Keep in mind, this place gets loud on the weekends....Request a lower floor room and opposite of the small pool area on the 6th floor....The pool is very small but has a tremendous view of the Dallas skyline....the pool bar has a medium inside a/c sitting area .... It is the view that takes you outside.... There is another bar downstairs but not as exciting as the 6th floor....Our son stayed on the 5th floor under the pool bar and he said it was loud and somewhat difficult to sleep...The only complaint not much to do in the area....Nonetheless, a quick 3 min drive to downtown

We arrived on May 1, 2024 and stayed through May 3,2024.....We were assigned Room 301 ( Corner deluxe ) living room and bedroom.... Everything was in working order ( microwave, Keurig coffee maker and Fridge).....The corner rooms have numerous windows to bring in plenty of light.... PLEASE note if you are staying over the weekend , ask a room on the opposite side of the pool area and on a lower floor....Our son stayed on the fifth floor and said it was a bit loud on the (6th) pool floor area with DJ Music....we didn't hear much noise...... Service was O.K. at the pool area and downstairs bar... this hotel is quiet from Monday through Wednesday , but gets loud and more fun Thursday through Saturday....KEEP in mind, not much to do in the area but a short uber drive ( 3mins to Downtown)....We shall return ..

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were very clean. The hotel is in a great location, just a few mins away from downtown. The pool was neat and has a great view. Check-in was quick and easy. The beds were actually comfortable, and we enjoyed the cute mini fridge and microwave. Would highly recommend!
